Thank you for choosing Zaynly.com. We strive to offer high-quality bilingual IT training and consulting services. This policy outlines how we handle cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for our paid services.


1. Scope of the Policy

This policy applies to all paid services provided by Zaynly, including:

  • Instructor-led training (online and in-person)
  • One-on-one or corporate consulting services

2. Instructor-Led Training

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Full refund if you cancel at least 72 hours before the scheduled course start date.
  • No refund if you cancel within 72 hours of the course or fail to attend.
  • No refund once the course has started, even if you partially attend or do not participate.

Rescheduling

  • You may request to reschedule once to another available session if you notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Rescheduling is subject to instructor availability and course capacity.

3. Private or Corporate Training

  • Refund and cancellation terms for group or custom training will be outlined in a signed agreement or proposal.
  • Generally, a full refund is available if canceled at least 7 days before the agreed training date.
  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 5 days in advance.

4. IT Consulting Services

One-Time Sessions

  • Full refund if canceled 48 hours in advance.
  • No refund for cancellations made within 24 hours, or for missed sessions without notice.

Ongoing or Project-Based Engagements

  • Terms will be clearly defined in the signed Service Agreement.
  • Refunds for unused prepaid hours may be issued, minus time already spent and non-recoverable costs.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or cancellation, please email [email protected] with the following details:

  • Full name
  • Course or service name
  • Date of booking
  • Reason for the request

If your request is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.


6. Cancellations by Zaynly

Zaynly reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any training or session due to:

  • Low enrollment
  • Instructor illness or emergency
  • Technical or logistical issues

In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.


7. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Digital course materials once accessed or downloaded
  • Administrative and certification fees
  • No-shows or partial attendance
  • Customized or bespoke services already prepared or delivered
  • Payment processing fees charged by third-party platforms (typically 2–5% depending on the provider)
  • Any service already rendered in full or part
